Swift Creek Plantation

Abstract

Swift Creek Plantation is a large residential subdivision on Streets Ferry Road just south of Vanceboro, NC.  The portion of the project which has been laid out to date consists of 160 lots.  Nineteen lots are included in the initial construction phase and more are coming soon. 

Lot Layout

Swift Creek Plantation is appropriately named as the project site borders Swift Creek.  A 20 acre lake is currently under construction and with this addition, a large number of water front lots will be available.  Lots on this project range in size from 0.75 acre to around 8 acres, with most lots falling around an acre.

Site Amenities 

This project is planned to have several open areas and natural trails for walking and picnic type recreation.  Access to Swift Creek is planned for small boats.
